In accordance with corporate strategy RF360 pursues technological leadership in its business fields. Benchmarks are the current and foreseeable future requirements of direct customers and end consumers. Beyond customer requirements, the quality benchmarks for our products and services are derived from those legal and normative rules and regulations and from the legitimate requirements of additional relevant stakeholders. In this regard we also take into consideration the entire life cycle of the product.

We absolutely pursue the highest functionality and reliability as the benchmark quality characteristic of our products and services, insofar as such is commercially feasible. We trust that this approach shall solidify our competitive position and decisively contribute to our long term corporate success.

Within the scope of the product development process those specifications shall be derived from the requirements which are to be fulfilled as concerns products and services. These quality characteristics shall be communicated in a suitable manner and shall be deemed a performance commitment to customer.

We will provide products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ requirements, conform to company policies and standards, and exhibit continuously improving levels of quality. These demands are reflected in the international quality system standard ISO 9001 and into the ISO TS 16949 standard which accommodates the specific needs of the automotive industry.
